Sydney Shirazi

Sydney (she/her/hers) is a senior at the University of Oregon studying city planning, policy, and nonprofit management. She has experience working with community members in customer service roles, gathering participatory action research, and educating organizations about social justice and equity. Sydney is passionate about building sustainable and accessible cities that prioritize community input and needs. She began working with BEST in 2023 under the Better Streets campaign and is eager to gain experience navigating the nonprofit sector and develop her skills with BEST.
